1. SERVICES Kodde offers website creation, web systems and digital application services on demand. Each project is formalized through a specific contract with agreed scope, timeline and pricing.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All source code, design and content produced by Kodde for the client is transferred to the client after full payment. Kodde reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES The client is responsible for providing content (text, images, data) needed for the project within agreed timelines. Delays in providing materials may impact delivery schedule.
4. PAYMENT Payment terms are defined in the contract. In case of default, Kodde reserves the right to suspend services and access to the project under development.
5. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT Every project includes a post-delivery warranty period as described in the contract. Changes outside the original scope are treated as new requests.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Kodde is not liable for losses resulting from improper use of the delivered site or system, nor for unavailability of third-party services (hosting, domain, external APIs).
